About Us

WHO WE ARE

OUR VISION

Kkottongnae dreams of a world where no one is forsaken.

A world where everyone is respected just as God is.

A world where everyone loves his neighbor as he loves himself.

OUR MISSION

"Whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine,

you did for me." (Mt. 25:40)

Our FOUNDER

Praise be to Jesus Christ!

We love you.

This is Fr. John Woongjin Oh of Kkottongnae.

Kkottongnae began in 1973 with the realization that

"Even if you have the power to eat, it is the grace of the Lord." Grandpa Gwi-dong Choi devoted his whole life to other beggars who couldn't even beg with a tin can as a beggar himself for 40 years.

Kkottongnae, based on the words of Jesus, “What you did for the least of all, you did for me (Mt 25:40)”, transcends religion and nationality to help the poor, naked, hungry, and dying on the roadside. We have been practicing love in action as an apostle to save one life.

The world that Kkottongnae dreams of is
"A world where no one is abandoned
A world where everyone is looked up to as God
It is a world where we love our neighbors as ourselves.”

I am weak, but I will give my life for this mission.

Let's do it together. I love you.
